  • Make it available! Buy fresh produce every time you shop.
  • Make it convenient! Use pre-washed greens and pre-chopped veggies.
  • Be adventurous! Every week try a new fruit or vegetable that you don't normally eat.
  • Make soup—a delicious and nutritious meal you can pack with favorite veggies.
  • Make your own homemade pizza with vegetables of your choice.
  • Make fruit desserts such as a layered parfait or baked apples or pears.
  • Make your own salsa, or enhance store-bought salsa with added vegetables or fruits.
  • Drink them! Buy 100% juice or use your juicer or blender to make juice or smoothies.
  • Make it to go! Take cut-up vegetables with dip for lunch or snacks to go. Cut enough for several days.
