Recipe: Fruity Coleslaw

14 oz. bag pre-cut coleslaw mix
1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 apple, chopped
Handful of toasted pecans or walnuts
Handful of raisins

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

Dressing: 1/4 c olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

Whisk together and pour over salad. Mix well and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Serves 3-4.
